This particular item was purchased for a friend. She was so sad when her straw broke, but thanks to the lifetime guarantee I was able to get her another one. The customer service is amazing....I had no trouble getting a new one sent out, and it was really quick getting to me! I have three of these straws myself in different sizes, and I love them all! Excellent quality and craftsmanship.....I love mine so much I have purchased a few as gifts.
