Please fill out the replacement request below, including a photo of your broken straw. Copy of receipts are only necessary for plain straw replacements if you did not register your straw or buy it on our website.
Within 5 business days, we will email you an electronic coupon code with the retail value of your broken straw (less shipping and taxes) that you may use to order any product on GlassSipper.ca. If you order a product of higher value, simply pay the difference.
