Great straws, amazing customer service

I originally bought Glass Sipper straws at the OOAK a few years ago and my son loved using it. It had survived a couple international trips with us but finally broke when a family member was washing it. I was fully prepared to purchase a new one but realized that Glass Sipper has a one replacement straw policy. I was floored! The process was quick and easy, and I ordered a new matching one for baby brother as well! Love these straws and their cute designs.

I've ordered 12 straws from Aimee. There are all amazing. The whale is super cute and my 7 year old great-niece loves it.

Awesome straws

They are great. I like the 12mm diameter for smoothie. And the 9mm for drinking any liquid. They feel very strong, and they are easy to clean. They also feel very nice on the lips. Highly recommended.
