    Hopefully your straws will last you for years, but if they do break and you don’t have a receipt, you can send me an email and as long as you bought your straw from me or one of my retail stores, then I can honour your warranty, even if you don’t have a receipt. Just register your straw so that we have on file that you are a GlassSipper customer.

  • This weekend I purchased two plain glass straws plus a cleaning brush from you at Granville Island. I payed with debit card but did not receive a receipt. I came on the site to register my straw and I have read that replacements for broken straws require a copy of the receipt. What do you suggest?
